I, Bryan Porter, am a 2020 graduate from the University of Iowa College of Law and have spent my young career in numerous legal positions. From judicial clerk to attorney, I have excelled in legal writing and his practiced numerous areas of law, including but not limited to, criminal defense, property law, landlord tenant law, debt, family, personal injury, divorce, employment, copyright, trademark, patent law, and of course contract law.

My last legal career that inspired me to start my own firm was working as a Specialist in Contracts for the University of Chicago. I had the opportunity of writing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with numerous countries and entities. Though my experience at the University of Chicago was not positive, the work I did really inspired me to do my own thing.

I know have a passion in assisting small to medium businesses and entities with their contracts. Helping companies protect themselves and making it easier for them to get legal relief later down the road. A good contract can save you a world of trouble!
